Join the "Bees for Babar" Charitable Society" this Friday December 3rd for an end of year fundraiser at Camosun College (Landsdowne Campus) Young Building Room 216 5:30-7pm. Tickets are $10 at the door. There will be food, fun, and dance performances from Victoria Dance Theatre.
This innovative project incorporates beekeeping to ensure that subsistence farms near game reserves in Ghana are not destroyed by wildlife, and thereby keeps the wildlife from being poached by the farmers. A win-win for everyone!
